We live in a unbalanced world with great challenges as  political corruption, environment pollution, mental breakdown, stress, confusion and today’s leaders are also suffering the same way, a recent research showing the majority of today’s experienced leaders are struggling to cope (LOUIS, K. S. 2003). Further during past centuries we have come across numerous headlines which phrasing the man-made destructions across the globe as how California innocent wildlife consign. (Westerling, A. L., Shrestha, S. R. (2011).

“The greatest breakthroughs of the 21st Century will not occur because of technology, they will occur because of an expanding concept of what it means to be human – John Naisbett” (History of technology - The 20th century, 2020). Who are the wise beings in the earth? It’s none other than human, we innovate new technology, medicine, moreover theories, and in past decades we had different aspects of Leadership, but today it’s totally differ with comparing with the past. What is Regenerative Leadership? It is a way of leading that doesn’t only involve in profit, it has a depth significance more than that, life affirming, responsive, relational, diverse and seasonal leadership that we can be more ourselves in work place, develop culture and create different spaces (Hoxie, C., Berkebile, R., & Todd, J. A. ,2012).

“Regenerative Leadership is living and leading with Love. Love creates conditions conducive for life. Love feeds on and grows from Love. Love breeds virtuous cycles” (Wahl D.C, 2020). Regenerative leaders apply life affirming principle to produce their products. (Knights, D., & Willmott, H. 2019)The innovative California-based company sells children’s toys made from recycled milk jugs. Their toys pass domestic and international safety and environmental regulations (Green leadership, Business Bureau, 2020).They make sure everything is recycled and re produced, even their innovations are based on re cycling products, further it will reduce the wastage and it helps the company’s profitability. If we used to minimize our wastage and re produce as much as we can we don’t have to prepare for an uncertain crisis situation, if a person can turn a waste product to a high value product that individual would be an asset to the company.  Manufacturing waste is indeed not really a waste and most of it can be recycled and it’s the diversion of environment protection otherwise the waste would be left around or flown to rivers further its money saving as well as reducing environment pollution.

The company should be a safe place where the employees have safe space to grow and evolve and to be safe enough to fail enough, they should provide with open communication. Google is a firm believer that, happier employees are more productive and creative (Kratzer, J., Meissner, D., & Roud, V. (2017).

Regenerative leaders apply this theory which is culture development in organizations hence the employees come alive, moreover these leaders make their employees responsive , listen and get feedback from them further they distribute the power to make decisions hence the growth would be prompt.

An American multinational software company, Adobe trusts its employees, they avoids micromanagement in order to give total creative freedom to its employees and the manager is the coach and the employees set up the goals to assess them (World of Digits - Blog, 2020). Healthy relationship between employee and the manager will direct them up to tackle any disaster, because they have an effective communication procedure, thus regenerative leaders are not along they have their own employment power.

Regenerative leaders build relations, and they make everybody interconnected, If they success then everybody success. Starbucks and Spotify forged an innovative co-branding partnership to build a "music ecosystem" which has powered almost 25 billion hours of listening around world. (Stephen, A. T, 2017). A strong network may reach from customers, service providers, the government, media or even competitors, as Netflix added 15.77 million paid international subscribers during the lockdown (Burroughs, B. 2020).further during the lockdown the Korean based pop boy band BTS’s virtual concert hosted starting tickets at about $44; nearly one million people watched globally. (BTS's How Others Could Replicate Its Massive Success, 2020). COVID 19 is a mere virus for these companies, whatever the crisis the globe facing their growth is nonstop able, because they have created suchlike strong relation.

“Diversity is what drives better decisions, and better products. It is the backbone of innovation (Hultink, E. J., Hart, S., Robben, H. S. J., & Griffin, A. (2019). Hiring people from same educational and cultural background might feel safe and protected to managers, but regenerative leaders go beyond the circle and they hire people from different culture, complexion because they want to make a change in the Company. The beauty company L’Oréal has a presence in 130 countries on five continents, which has multicultural diversity is at the core of this their success (Derven, M. (2018). They know that diversity can make intension to the company, with the intension new ideas emerged and productivity, financial performance can boost. But some companies don’t view this as a priority, as Two-thirds of managers at Amazon in the U.S. are white and globally 75 percent are male. Big Tech Companies With Diversity Problems Get Named Top for Diversity, 2020). To improve diversity inside the company they need to incorporate involvement into their hiring process and company culture. If a crisis situation arise regenerative leaders are

The police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis triggered a wave of international Black Lives Matter protests against racial injustice (Jason Arday, 2020). This drives business leaders to look more closely at diversity, whether their involvement in diversity sufficiently supporting their staff and whether they have a positive impact on society, hence regenerative leaders fail to panic during pandemic situations, they have been found to generate greater revenues from innovation.

Regenerative Leaders view adversity as a blessing rather than a burden, as the seasons passing businesses also have to face ups and downs, further there are companies which didn’t make a penny during their initiate period, as Fedex a delivery company founded in 1971 but failed to take off initially and was on the verge of bankruptcy, but it made its first profit in July 1975 (Williams, M. L., & Frolick, M. N, 2001). Regenerative leaders fight their business being more courage’s, as we facing different whether seasons they are challenged with different business climates. However they fight in the dark and come up with new innovations that embrace their hard work. Regenerative leaders never stop fighting their battle, Elon Musk founded Tesla the first automobile company In 2009, with a loan worth $465 million USD however Tesla made its first profit after decades (Perkins, G., & Murmann, J. P, 2018).

21st Century Leadership views as a property of social network (Hoppe, B., & Reinelt, C.2010), but Regenerative leadership is which is able to rapidly respond to the ever-changing business climate by innovating ,engages internally and externally with employees, customers, suppliers, resources, investors, society and environment. They haven’t artificial talents, they face the crisis with positive mind, in each dark lesson they learn something to apply to theory, According to Looi, M.-K. (2020), Prime ministers in New Zealand’s Jacinda Ardern  and Taiwan’s Tsai Ing-Wen are the best political leaders in controlling their countries during COVID 19 outbreak. Any crisis situation is going to be unpredictable, but having a clear leadership will help to successfully overcome the situation.

“Courageous leaders are calling for a disruptive yet effective way of working, one that unlocks new levels of innovation, financial results, and customer loyalty while building human capacity to contribute” (The Regenerative Business, Carol Sanford, 2020).
